If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at support@chicoutfit.com and include your order number along with the details you would like to adjust.

β Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 12 hours of being placed.

β After that time, the order will be in processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Personalized items:
These are processed immediately after the order is completed. Therefore, no adjustments (including shipping details) can be made afterward. Please double-check all information before checkout.
π EXCHANGES
Items from Chic Outfit are made to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or design.
However, we gladly replace your item at no additional cost if:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

π GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
π RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service.
π IMPORTANT NOTE

We do not accept returns caused by customer mistakes (wrong size, wrong design, incorrect address, etc.).

A 10% color difference may occur due to screen settings and lighting β this is not considered a defect.
